Optimizing surface grinding

How to use a control tool to optimize your process?

When the product is passed between two grinding rolls , the reduction of larger particles into smaller , finer particles and homogeneous for the product layer , the better the attack of the rollers on this product occurs ,
The product will once reduced particle size of flour should normally < 200 microns , to be directed thread collecting flour , and heading to the bagging .
Some load variations , humidity , wear and tear, loose screens make the screening of particular passage is not complete, that is, the amount of flour should be sifted into the particular passage is not being removed, hence this flour , which has is ideally suited for the bagging, back to the bank of cylinders together with the rejection of the sieve flour , thus impairing the grinding product that still needs further reduced particle size .
Usually we have in our diagram grinding various passages plansifter playing for a bank ; Ex : C1 receives div1 / 2 -R1 - R2 , mixing together before arrival to the globe of the cylinder , thus making it difficult to measure the actual amount of flour that is mixed with the product, so we should extratificar reading this magazine by passing and thus measure each pass individually.

Method for measuring the amount of enfarinhamento passage :
Collecting 200 grams of the product of finer sieve compartment " except the flour" and the more closed the compartment screen for two minutes , always observing the flour resulting from this screening.

Remarks :
Ideally enfarinhamento should be between 2% to 5 % for :
Very low Enfarinhamento tending to 0 , signal under - grading and may be pigmentando flour because the flour is over and still need to follow a path on the sieve.
Enfarinhamento above 6 % is a sign of over- grading , where it ends the way through and the product is still in the midst of flour product.

How to Fix enfarinhamento above or below the set ?
Checking status of screens and cleaning system.
Checking possibility of opening or closing the screen .

Checking the mill load .
